ABOUT ME

Stephenie Godfroy (she/her) is an educator, Jesus follower, music lover, wife, and mother living in the Northland of Kansas City, Missouri. She studied music education as well as elementary and early childhood education. Besides working for The Open Table, Stephenie also coordinates Raising A Reader, an early literacy program, for the YMCA Head Start of Greater Kansas City. She also volunteers as the leader of her local Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America group. She is a passionate advocate for gun violence prevention, public education, anti-racism, and social justice.
