As we begin a new year, we want to take the opportunity to reflect on the previous year and set our intentions for the coming year. What went well? What challenges did you face? What are you hopeful for this year? Setting intentions directs the mind and gives us purpose. Eric and Stephenie Godfroy will lead us in exercises to help us look back and look ahead for the new year. We will be having chili for dinner. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.
