Disabling Theology

  • The Open Table KC 318 East 55th Street Kansas City, MO, 64113 United States (map)

Disabled people come from a rich history of people who have had to be innovators, language curators and activists in an ableist world that pushes us to the margins. Disability theology is also part of our story. Join us on an accessible journey through our history and explore how hope for a more inclusive and accessible world can be realized in the present as we become acquainted with The God who became Disabled. Join Rev. Hank Jenkins, Co-chair of the Association of Ministers with Disabilities, on June 27th at 6-7:30 PM.
